I consult and advise businesses and agencies on how to optimise their operations, including improvements to their systems, processes, technology, resourcing and compliance. Recommendations are identified through a programme of change management across four phases: immersion, discussion, planning and implementation.
Advice and recommendation is often needed around: Agency Structure, Profitability, Internal Audits, Client Transition & Onboarding, Internal Studios, Creative Production QC, Workflow, Processes, Cyber Certification, GDPR Education & Compliance.
Furthermore, I also offer support regarding: Recruitment (Permanent/Freelance), Mentoring, Coaching, Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity action plans, Sustainability actions and processes, Training frameworks and modules.
Branding is an essential part of your business whether you're a global entity or a small start-up. It should encapsulate everything about you and your product or service. With our strategy partners we develop identities and positionings for numerous brands and businesses.
Our design methodology is a collaborative process from briefing through to implementation. We start with an in-depth discovery phase and workshop, before a series of exploration enabling us to hone in on one route and create your brand’s building blocks.
The process culminates in a comprehensive set of assets, templates and guidelines for you to use straight out of the box. If you would like us to implement the roll-out of these assets then we can build that into the project timeline as well.
I work with a wide variety of businesses who need creative support, either on a short or long-term basis. Whether developing internal comms, presentations, B2B or consumer facing campaigns, I'm able to work independently or use my network of partners to deliver great work for clients regardless of media or output.
We adhere to your established brand guidelines and strategic direction, ensuring all work is aligned with your existing assets or marketing materials and will advise on the content as well as creative and design.

Introducing

I’ve spent the last 29 years working with numerous agencies across the UK, Europe and Asia from SMEs to large agency groups, as Managing Director, Head of Production, Group Operations Officer and as a Consultant. I have a proven track record of running and developing multiple work-streams in addition to creating internal profit centres and implementing action plans for DE&I and Sustainability programmes.

I support various clients, start-ups and other businesses across the UK by developing their identities and positionings. From brand creation and guardianship, through to websites, printed comms and social media plans, every client's needs, budgets and requirements are different, so I’m able to work on a project or retainer basis.
